Manny Gomez and newly formed
Principal Richard Enright are both licensed professional engineers who make
up a great deal of the fiber of GCG, Inc. Together with the other members of
the staff, GCG, Inc. extends well beyond Improvement District formation and
into management and administration of the majority of the district projects.
Many of the formats and the methodology used for improvement district project
acquisition and assessment apportionment were developed by Gomez Consulting
Group, Inc..
Special Improvement Districts [SID] / Local Improvement Districts [LID] are
a critical form of flexibility for municipal needs. GCG, Inc. seeks to ensure
that the complexities of a project remain behind its doors and the ease of doing
business keeps its clients returning. As a result, GCG, Inc. continues to successfully
do business with its very first client. Part of that success is due to the process
of selective engagement to ensure that all projects produce success for the
client.
THE GOMEZ STORY
Currently, Gomez Consulting Group, Inc. as Assessment Engineers
of record manages and administers Bond Funded Public Infrastructure Fees for
municipalities in and around Clark County.
The company has been instrumental in assisting these clients to establish protocols
that ensure effective practices and fairness to all concerned. Gomez Consulting
Group, Inc. maintains a diverse group of skills among the individuals dedicated
to the many facets of success in securing quality data integrity, ease of communication
and pride in workmanship.
The company was founded in 1993 by Manny and Barbara J. Gomez. It has remained
a fixture of Clark County through the duration of 14 years of doing business.
While Barbara has since passed her contributions to both the company's style
and the community of Henderson echoes vibrantly.
